It is going to be a beautiful weekend in South Florida especially at the Miami Marine Stadium off of the Rickenbaker Causeway! There will be much mayhem and rabid skating from all comers in the state of Florida!

Starting tonight at 7pm we have the Mini Ramp Contest and the Street Sk8 Jam just to get the weekend jumping!

On Saturday afternoon, April 10th, the onslaught continues at 1pm with the Street Contest and Mini Ramp Jam!

Oh, baby-baby, that is what I’m talking about! From the bowels of the dirtiest streets in Florida comes a massive armada of skaters uniting for the battle and celebration to defy the gravitational pull of concrete!

Yesss! Let them all come with great expectations for it will not be easy to defeat some of the region’s best!

Make sure you bring your own adrenaline and backbone. The Monster Island Skateboard Contest will be fierce and action packed to boot!

It is back! Monster Island is back in biblical, astronomical proportions! I know some of you bums got a six-pack, but I do not know if you have the stomach for this one!

It is the ramp apocalypse! Take the kid gloves off and bring your own backbone because we got two days of villainy awaiting for you!

This may be the biggest Monster Island Skateboard Contest ever from the original bastards who brought you all of the rest; Paul GNU and Jason Ranft!

Meet with us, and the rest of the competing South Florida heads, at the old Miami Marine Stadium off of the Rickenbaker Causeway in Miami – Friday night and Saturday afternoon – April 9th and 10th. More details can be found below!

There may be some other cute and fuzzy skate contests going on in other parts of the Southeast this coming weekend, but we do not expect you to bring your baby sister to this one! Sorry, if you were expecting milk, cookies, sippy-cups, and Care Bears!

Nooo! The beasts from all over the South will be here to battle for the end of the world at Monster Island for two days!!!

On December 13th, 2009 at the MIA Skatepark, Monster Island fiercely roared with glee! Many heads of all skill-sets showed up to show out, and they did! Check out the footage below to get a taste of what the previous Monster Island contests are all about.
